What is Biblemetric?
Biblemetric is a guided Bible study tool. Instead of a blank page and a search bar, every passage walks you through four stages — Read, Understand, Dive In, and Apply — each grounded in real hermeneutic principles, with an AI Assistant alongside to answer your own questions as they come up.
Which Bible translations are available?
Biblemetric currently reads from the World English Bible (WEB) and the American Standard Version (ASV), both freely licensed translations, with more planned. You can switch between them from the passage view at any time.
How is this different from just asking ChatGPT?
A general chatbot answers from whatever it happens to know. Biblemetric's AI Assistant is grounded in real, cited commentary sources for the passage you're actually reading, and it's built around a structured four-stage method — not a single freeform answer with no sense of what you've already covered.
Is the AI a substitute for my pastor or a Bible teacher?
No. Every AI response is clearly labeled as AI-generated and may be inaccurate — it's a study aid, not pastoral guidance or spiritual counsel. We built Biblemetric to support your own study and your church community, not replace either one.
Do I need a theology background to use Biblemetric?
No. Biblemetric is built for someone opening a passage for the first time just as much as for someone with years of study experience — plain-language explanations sit right alongside the deeper material, so you can go as far as you want.
How does the free trial work?
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial of Basic, including a limited number of AI Questions to try the Assistant for yourself. No credit card surprises — you'll know before you're ever charged.
What happens after my free trial ends?
If you haven't chosen a plan, your access to the app pauses until you do — nothing is charged automatically. Pick Basic or Premium whenever you're ready to continue.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There's no long-term contract on individual plans — cancel whenever you'd like and you won't be billed again.
What does Premium include that Basic doesn't?
Premium raises your daily AI Questions allowance and unlocks additional commentary resources feeding the AI Assistant's answers, on top of everything in Basic.
How does pricing work for churches?
Church plans give every member Premium-level access under one shared subscription, priced in seat bands that get cheaper per seat as your congregation grows. Reach out and we'll work out the right size for your church.
Is my data private?
Yes. We don't sell your data, and we only use it to run and improve Biblemetric itself. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail on what's collected and why.
Is Biblemetric affiliated with a specific church or denomination?
No. Biblemetric is a study tool for individuals, small groups, and churches across denominations — it's built to support your own study and your own church's teaching, not to advance one theological tradition over another.
